Principal's Message

Welcome to Ruby Elementary School!

It is my honor and privilege to serve as the principal of such an outstanding school community.
At Ruby Elementary, we believe every child has unique gifts, unlimited potential, and an
important purpose. Together with our dedicated staff, supportive families, and community
partners, we are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where
every student can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

This year, we are proud to embrace our district theme: #REPYOURPURPOSE. This theme
challenges each of us to live with intention and represent the very best version of ourselves
each day. Our journey is guided by seven pillars that define who we are and who we strive to
become:

At Ruby Elementary, these pillars are more than words—they are the foundation of our culture.
They guide our decisions, strengthen our relationships, and inspire our students to become
confident learners and caring citizens.

We know that the strongest schools are built on meaningful partnerships between home, school,
and community. We encourage families to stay involved, communicate openly, and celebrate the
many successes our students achieve throughout the year. Together, we can ensure every child
feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
